Polish taekwon-do legend again in the Czech Republic

Master Jerzy Jedut (VIII. dan) needs no introduction to the older taekwondists, but for the younger ones we will do a little recap. Master Jedut was a coach of a very successful Polish national team in the past, from his school MKS Lewart AGS Lubartów came dozens of European champions and also many world champions. Master's most successful student is Master Jaroslaw Suska (VII. dan) - 6 times World Champion and 20 times European Champion.

But let's come to the seminar itself, which has been organized for many years by the Czech National Taekwon-Do Union in Stránčice. After a year-long break Master Jedut visited the Czech Republic again. The seminar is always two days long - Saturday is focused on colour belts and Sunday on black belts. The intensity of the seminar was continuously between a hurricane and a tornado. However, it is not only the intensity of the exercises, but above all the very imaginative content. As every year, lots of interesting and especially new exercises. Although there is a slight difference between the two ITFs in the practice of some techniques, this does not detract from the benefit of the seminar! On the contrary, the different views on some techniques lead to very interesting discussions.

It is very pleasing to see the increase in the number of participants from other sections of our Association. Less pleasing is the decrease in those interested directly from the organising Union. However, we look forward to the seminar in November 2022!
