Autumn preparation for the sports peak of the season

Our annual autumn training camp and preparation for the Czech National Championships in Nymburk took place from 26th to 29th October in Borotín, South Bohemia. The first training session took place in the romantic scenery of the ruins of the Borotín castle, but the others took place in the sports hall of the local primary school. The four days were packed with trainings, but also with a lot of fun outside of them. And to make things worse, Friday evening was varied with the examination for II and IV danas, where all candidates successfully passed the December examinations before the Association's examination committee. On December 10 we can look forward to new II. dan - Jirka and Ondra Faltin and IV. dan - Honza Dvořáček and Jirka Novák.
After many years, we have combined preparing our athletes for the national championships and improving our lower belts. It's a workable option and we will continue it next year.

We tuned the form, the lower bands learned a lot of new things and on Sunday after lunch we had no choice but to head to Prague.

Now he can sign up for the traditional winter camp, which will take place in Zákupy in the Českolipsko region!
