Instructor team had to lead about 7 hours of trainings per day. Techniques, patterns, kicks, special techniques, power breaking and sparring – all of these parts of Taekwon-do were practiced. We practiced all part of sparring – pre-arranged, semi-free and free. Despite of not enough time (as always) we practiced also hosinsool. Basketball is the most favorite Sonkal warm-up, so we use it most of time, but we also did some acrobatic course, which increased our condition, acrobatic and strength skills together with ton of fun during it. One warm-up was led by Peter Regan to show us his point of view.
On Monday, when training camp was on its end, no one wanted to return home. Wouldn’t it be nice to have whole life one Taekwon-do training camp? :-)
