Two-day training marathon

The last weekend in November belonged to taekwondo in Stránčice under the baton of Polish Master - Jerzy Jeduta. Compared to the previous years, both days of the seminar were tuned more into drills and exercises for sparring. From introductory games and warm-up exercises, through interesting combinations to strengthening exercises at the very end.

During the seminar there was also time to practice basic techniques, patterns and self-defense. However, this time they were neglected in the program and got the upper hand again in another part of taekwondo.

Master Jedut came into the seminar in a big water style and although he was slightly handicapped by a thigh muscle injury, his enthusiasm left no one in doubt that not a single thread of the dobok would remain dry :-)

Sonkal traditionally participated in large numbers and we can recommend our other members to participate next year!
