On Friday 29th of November we had meeting in front of sports hall in Třeboň at 5 p.m. We had registration there and then we went to accommodate ourselves. We were accommodated at fishing school's dormitory. Then we went back to have a dinner in restaurant "Rybí bašta".
I didn't have dinner there so I can't tell how was the food. For many of our competitors, good dinner is ground stone of success on a competition. After dinner we went to the hall to prepare rings and other equipment. There was not a lot of us but still we finished it quickly and we could go back to the dormitory.

Next day, on Saturday, we met in the sports hall. The competition started at 9 a.m. with line-up of all teams. We also had international visitors - from Slovakia and Slovenia. I think this year there was less competitors then previous years. Competition started unusually with senior black belt patterns. Later children categories started. Patterns were followed by sparring and in the meantime special jumping techniques started. Competition was ended with power breaking.

Just a few competitors stayed till the final line-up. Our team ended on 1st place and we had also three most successful competitors.

That was the end of this year's Třeboň Open and I think all people went home glad. I stayed in Třeboň with my parents. In the evening went to see illumination of christmas tree on the square. It was nice. The tree was illuminated by angels walking on stilts.
