Sunday visit to the national team camp

On Sunday, September 26, Master Ondřej Vrábel and Alex Mach went to visit the training camp of the Czech Taekwon-Do ITF team and take photos and video footage. You can see the result - photos and videos are available!

The entire national team is directing their efforts towards the European Championships in Heraklion, Crete in October. In 14 days, everyone will have another training camp and a week later the last preparation is on the agenda.

Alex Mach and Master Ondrej Vrábel will be heading to Crete with the national team, so you can expect more photos and videos during the championships. If successful, there will also be a few podcasts with a few Masters and Grand Masters!
