First at First

On Saturday 5th March the competition Cup of Czech Federation of Taekwon-Do ITF took place in Brno. The registration took place on Friday 4th so we arrived on that day in Brno. Our school was represented by 17 competitors.
There were only two disciplines on this competition – patterns and sport sparring, and the competition system was each against each. Thanks to this the contestants had the opportunity to fight against a lot of opponents and so gain lots of new skills.

Our competitors were fighting greatly and acting perfectly. Some of them even won the award as the best contestants in their group. Among these lucky ones were Marek Mach, Anežka Bičíková, Ondřej Faltin, Šárka Třísková and Tereza Štekerová.

Even though this was small competition, all of the participants had to exert great effort, for they had really hard and skilled opponents against them. And of course, the performance of our contestants led to success, because thanks to them we, as a school, stood on the first place.
