8 days full of Taekwon-do

For the first in the history of our club we decided to arrange a long summer training camp. As opposed to those two previous, this time we´ve chosen the Family hotel Hana in Český Šumburk. This hotel offered us both, accommodation and catering and gym to practise, so as beautiful surroundings of Jizerské mountains. Although the weather was not that holiday one, even was the autumn one, because it had been raining almost all the eight days, there was nothing to belittle the strong-mindedness of the 30 participants to improve their Taekwon-Do skills. The
training was in fact three-phase, 2 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the afternoon and an extra training in the evening for the exams. In the end of the training camp, Master Hwang Ho Yong (VII. dan) honoured us with his attendance. On Friday, 20 of the participants passed test to higher technical degrees. By passing successfully the tests, three of our students approached the longed-for confines of the Ist degree black belt - Tomáš Bobek recived 1st kup, Pavel Zavadil 2nd and Linda Deutschová 3rd kup. By and large, the training camp was a success and at this time enough ahead we´re planning already a long training camp for next summer holidays. The date is tentatively set in August, 18 to 25, what means the last week but one on holidays. And the best fifty photos from our stay are here.
