Taekwondoists from Sonkal and also their parents, relatives and friends met in the evening of 22nd December to watch what sonkal students are able to do. We showed kicks to pads, patterns including our successful team patterns, also board breaking (on ground and in air). Also many kinds of sparring were shown, we have to mention great ban-jaju matsogi of two of Legner brothers (Peter and Lukáš). Whole demonstration were variegated by three self-defense performances – and as in proper action movies, our girls always defeated

Other year passed and next Fighter’s budoshow took place in Prague. More than 4 hours lasting schedule was of demonstrations of various martial styles. We did 365 photos from this interesting afternoon. Taekwon-do ITF demonstration was work of more Prague schools this time. Sonkal was represented by Martin Svitek, Linda Deutschová, Pavel Zavadil and Filip Konár.

Today we shown Taekwon-do demonstration during finale tournament of Czech Streetball cup. Our members demonstrated some patterns, kicking techniques, special techniques, power breaking and also self-defense. Enjoy photos. Video with compilation is available in video gallery.
