Sunday, December, 17, there was a big festival of martial arts and sports in the Sparta arena in Prague. The Fighter"s Magazine organized here the Budo Show 2000. Except other martial arts like Karate, Judo, Aikido, Thai Box, and Tai Chi, also ITF Taekwon-Do was to see. The whole programme was full of very various demonstrations of respective martial styles. Our successful representants received standing ovations repeatedly, when in a 15 minutes long performance demonstrated all the separate Taekw

On June, 30 students of our club participated in an amusement afternoon at the Centrum Černý Most. This event had been viewed as entry to the Summer holidays this year. The Sonkal students demonstrated all of the Taekwon-Do elements except self-defending for what the surface conditions weren´t suitable. In the course of the afternoon, in four fifteen minutes long demonstrations we showed up technical patterns (techniques of hands and legs), sparring, special techniques, and power breaking, too.
