Cookbook for Easter's Sonkal Taekwon-do Camp

Easter Taekwon-Do camp is coming and we have some important information for all attendants:

- We are going to meet on Thursday 18th of April at 9 a.m. at the gym in Černý Most – we will load necessary stuff that we will take with us

- The departure is planned about 9:30 a.m. from Plechárna
- Once we arrive we will unload the stuff then accommodate and have lunch. First training will be in the afternoon

Training groups will be divided as follows:
- white belts (the beginners who have not done testing yet)
- yellow stripes
- yellow belts + green stripes
- green belts and higher

Each group will have its own programme but the initial and final part will be mostly together. As for equipment – there will be targets available but if you have some in possession bring them with you then. Guards are necessary only for yellow stripes and higher.

Our daily meal is in school dining room that is right below the dormitory. To the hall we need to walk through about 30 meters long outer space – wearing warm clothes is mandatory including a hat. The meal is three times a day plus a snack a second dinner are available. If it is not enough for some of you there is a shop about 200 meters away.

Besides Dobok and bottle of water you need for training a sport jacket or white T-shirt wearing under your Dobok. The hall is not usually so much warm but that will be compensated by exercise on tatami.

The return – We will leave Zákupy on Monday around 5 p.m. If there are no complications we will come byck to Černý Most before 7 p.m.
