Autumn sonkal´s camp 2013 - firs two days

It was Saturday 26th of October 2013 when we sallied to autumn sonkal´s camp that takes place at every year right before the Championship of Czech republic. It also took place in Zákupy (it´s a small village on the North of Czech republic nearby Česká Lípa) as last few years ago.

We departed on Saturday 26th of October from primary school Vybíralova from Černý most about 9:00 a. m. For many most of participants was the transport by bus. Someone including me used their own coaches. Immediately after the arriving everybody started to move all of stuff from the bus to the dormitory and then compile the tatami in the
gym. After finishing these activities everyone moved to a dining room for a lunch. It was about 12:30 p. m. and immediately after that we were listening to a lecture regarding the competition rules of Taekwon-Do ITF, which was led by Ondra Vrábel.

First training started at 3:00 p. m. and it´s focus was especially for patterns and techniques in patterns. Everybody of us was joining the training (but somebody just as a cameraman). For it was first training of the camp it was not very hard. It took two hours from 3:00 p. m. to 5:00 p. m. At 6:00 p. m. we had a diner and from 8:00 p. m. to 9:00 p. m. evening training. Here we first learned something more about competition rules (that was not said on the afternoon lecture) and then the elder trainees moved to power breaking training led by Martin Svitek. The rest of us under leading of Ondra Vrábel, was trained for special techniques (Tugki). When we finished this training, everybody moved to make regular activities before sleeping (like teeth cleaning, having shower, etc.). At 10:00 p. m. started the night piece. Right after the end of evening training came two more participants of camp which just came from another Taekwon-Do camp of Czech representation.

Another day which was Sunday started with breakfast at 8:00 a. m. Somebodies of braves went for running at 7:00 a. m. (I have to admit that I was not among them). At 10:00 a. m. training started again and was focused to special techniques for the higher belts (blue, red and black) under leading of Ondra Vrábel. The lower belts were concerned in patterns´ practicing and were led by Martin Svitek. The entire training was finished by strengthening also under Martin´s professional leading.
At 12:30 p. m. we had a lunch and after that somebodies of us moved to another village nearby, where we made some photos of Taekwon-Do techniques and various action positions. Immediately after the return from the photo making we moved to the gym were was another afternoon training, now focused to sparring and afterwards to speed endurance improving in sparring. The whole training was very hard, but everybody of us passed it bravely. At 5:00 p. m. the training finished with proper stretching of our tired muscles. Ordinarily at 6:00 p. m. we had a dinner.

At 7:00 p. m. some of black stripes and black belts moved back to the gym for black belts pre-testing. There were entire testing program. First were the patterns then followed the sparring with self defence, then special techniques and at the end the power breaking and some theoretic knowledge. Everybody of the participants showed very good performances. Someone better, someone worse, but just few of them were allowed to attend the December testing for black belts. After the pre-testing we had also evening training. It started uncommonly at 8:30 p. m. therefore it ended at 9:30 p. m. which means a half an hour later. After that we had our regular night piece again.
