!!! FIVE the most successful competitors from Sonkal !!!

First Prague regional competition took place in our gym at Černý Most. During morning registration Petr Šindler´s signature were added to competitors list - together 98 competitors.

At first seniors (both A and B, male and female cathegories) faced off in patterns, sparring, special techniques and power b
reaking. Two gold medals won Tomáš Bobek (sparring A above 71kg and special techniques), one gold medal added Hoang Huy (sparring A up to 71 kg) and Martin Svitek (patterns 2.-1.kup).

After seniors´ matches junior cathegory started to compete. Barbora Sýkorová got wonderful 4 gold medals from all cathegories, despite of fact that he has very skillful opponent and colleague from national team – Ilona Hambergerová (she competed in all disciplines too, member of Hwa-rang Prague). Three gold medals got Lucie Kolmanová, when he won in patterns, special techniques and power breaking (she couldn´t compete in sparring because of her grade). One gold medal was added by Milan Fulmek (patterns 4.-3.kup), one by Filip Janků (patterns 8.-5.kup) and one by Pavel Zavadil (patterns 2.kup and above).

Last but not least kids competed to compare their skills and abillities. Honza Konár shew his talent and results of his diligence. He won not only patterns (4.-3. kup), but sparring up to 40kg too. Jirka Prek from Rudná gym (part of Sonkal Taekwon-do school) won 8.-7. kup cathegory , then Iva Hřebačková took 1.place in patterns 8.-5.kup. Three gold medals were taken by Linda Deutschová, but unfortunately two of them by no-opponent decision (patterns and matsogi).

We always took three titles for „most succesful competitors“ during last year, but this year we were even more succesful - 5 titles:

the most succesful female kid competitor - Linda Deutschová

the most succesful female junior competitor B - Lucie Kolmanová

the most succesful female junior competitor A - Barbora Sýkorová

the most succesful male senior competitor A - Tomáš Bobek

Together with this success, we have vindicated our The best school title:
